DESIGN SOLUTION
For the 2026 Canadian Greenhouse Conference, the theme Cultivating Opportunities provided an opportunity to create a visual identity that reflects the breadth, diversity and vitality of Canada’s horticulture industry and the people who drive it forward.
Our creative approach brings the theme to life through a striking visual metaphor: fruits, vegetables and ornamental flowers come together to form the shape of a human face. The imagery represents the connection between the products cultivated by the industry and the people who gather at CGC to learn, share ideas, build relationships and discover new opportunities.
The face also speaks to the broader idea of personal growth and possibility. Just as the greenhouse industry cultivates products from seed to harvest, the conference cultivates knowledge, innovation and connections that help attendees and the industry grow.
The resulting design is colourful, unexpected and contemporary, capturing the multifaceted nature of horticulture while creating an engaging visual that immediately communicates the human side of the industry.
Following its selection, the concept was developed into a cohesive campaign across the full range of CGC 2026 marketing materials from print advertising, brochures and digital banners to event plaques, showcase stickers and other conference communications.
The result is a distinctive and memorable campaign that celebrates what the industry grows, the people who make it happen and the opportunities that grow from bringing them together.
Since 2014, we have had the privilege of partnering with the Canadian Greenhouse Conference to design a unique look each year with creative that reflects the theme of every conference while maintaining a consistent and recognizable creative standard for the brand.
